Article XII PARLIAMENTARY AUTHORITY

Section 1. In the absence of any provision in the Bylaws the New York State Athletic Trainers' Association, Inc. and the Executive Council shall be governed by the rules and usage of the current edition Roberts Rules of Order revised.
