Inaugural NYS “Athletic Training Recognition Week”!
As part of our initiative to promote sports safety at all levels of athletic participation, NYSATA is holding “Athletic Training Recognition Week” from October 25 to Nov. 3, 2013.
The event is for NYS schools (scholastic through collegiate) and other sports organizations to bring attention to their current efforts in providing sports safety, as well as promote public awareness of its importance.
With the support and participation of our NYS schools and athletic organizations, we would like to salute athletic trainers across NYS and thank them for continually providing quality healthcare to our student-athletes.
Please encourage the use of the provided announcements (PSAs) at sporting events during AT Recognition Week – October 25 through November 3, 2013.
